These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SplitBill Pro (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

The App is licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for personal, non-commercial use. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.

2. Use of the App

Calculation results provided by the App are for reference only. You are solely responsible for verifying actual payment amounts. The App is a mathematical calculation tool and does not provide legal or accounting advice.

3. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

4. Advertising

The App may display ads served by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google, and the developer makes no warranties regarding advertisers or advertised content.

5. Privacy

Handling of personal information is described in the separate Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
